Eleven year old Sam now has a hearing dog, Ember and he wants to raise money for Hearing Dogs ‘My Best Friend Appeal’ to fund training a dog for another deaf child/young person. He has organised a sponsored ‘Dog walk – in Pyjamas!’ on Saturday 2nd June , Granny’s Bay Ansdell to Park View, Lytham – its only 2 miles and he wants to make more people aware of Hearing Dogs. You can come with a dog, a cuddly dog or just in your pyjamas without a dog! He has created the poster himself and I really hope that our local community can support him.
