I thought I would find the course really hard going, but whilst it has been hard work, I’ve really enjoyed leaning and feel like I’ve achieved something.

 

I’ve had difficulty with my current job, but where I’ve been struggling to attend, both Jan and Michelle have gone out of their way to help. I’ve been given lots of support and help throughout, and felt I could approach Jan with any concerns I had.
