Signing in the Community were asked to give fingerspelling and basic BSL signs sessions to fire fighters from Bispham Fire Station. Only a week later, the new skills were put to good use when they were called out to a local Deaf man. The fire fighters were able to communicate basic information such as names which helped to calm down the casualty, so well done to all involved!!
